Terminus of Bicycle Railway

This map of the Burlington and Mount Holly Trolly Lines includes the Mount Holly end of the Bicycle Railway from Smithville. The line ended at Pine Street in a lot on the north side of the Relief Fire Company (lower right hand corner of map).

This map shows the end portion of the Bicycle Railway into Mount Holly. Note how the Rancocas Creek zig-zags here and how the railway crosses it several times. In total, the railway crossed the Rancocas 10 times. Commentators wrote of the beautiful natural vistas along the route.
